Important Announcements
HOA Dues for 2026
Your Reserve at Pilottown HOA dues must be submitted by January 15, 2026.
The assessment amounts, as approved by HOA members at the 2025 annual meeting in September, are as follows:
- $200 for the Operating Account
- $34 for the Capital Reserve Fund
- Total Annual Assessment: $234
Please submit two separate checks – one for the Operating Account and one for the Capital Reserve Fund – along with your lot number on each check. Make the checks payable to Reserve at Pilottown Maintenance Corporation and mail them to:
